This is a closed network created by VLAN on IX This VLAN is different from that for peering.

ISP/DC can create closed network among two sites or more.
ISP/DC can subscribe Internet connectivity, create closed network among Data Centers on this closed network. It’s ideal to create closed network for IoT segment.
Some Transit ISPs have connected to JPIX. ISP/DC can get Internet connectivity without additional leased line.
