400 Gigabit Ethernet Interface will be added to “IX Port Service”
Japan Internet Xing Co., Ltd. (HeadOffice: Chiyoda-Ku, Tokyo, President&CEO : Akihiro Tsuru; hereinafter “JPIX”) will add “400 Gigabit Ethernet” to the interface support for “IX Port Service” and start to provide it today.
So far, 100 Gigabit Ethernet ports were bundled together to handle traffic that exceeded 100 Gigabit Ethernet ports.
By using 400 Gigabit Ethernet port, it is possible to cope with the further increasing internet traffic, and the efficiency of operation and cost by aggregating ports can be expected.
This service is provided on JPIX Otemachi, Tennoz, and Toyosu sites.
